Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth

(From left to right:) M.E.M. (Master of Engineering Management) candidates David Drennan, Laura Weyl, Kyle Lobisser, and Adam Danaher designed a speed controlled pivot lock for this tilting three-wheeled vehicle.

The bike provides the performance and feeling of a two-wheeled motorcycle with added safety and stability. The speed-controlled pivot-lock mechanism, prevents the bike from falling over when it comes to a stop.
