Good idea! Though there may be a flow: your trike's rear platform (used for the load) is not moving/tilting comparing to the original idea. The centrifugal forces are still in place and, although the ride for the driver may be more pleasing, the weakness of the 3-wheel construction in the corners is still not addressed. The weight of the driver is not significant enough to keep the whole structure stable. I would be glad to see the development of your concept though...
